VMware Engineer / Senior VMware Architect | NV2 & TSPV Clearance | Canberra | 12-Month Contract with Extension Potential

We are seeking experienced VMware professionals—both Engineers and Senior Architects—to join a dynamic team supporting a complex virtualised environment within a high-security setting in Canberra. This role involves working with a broad range of VMware technologies to design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure solutions.

What you’ll be doing:
You will contribute to the architecture, implementation, and optimisation of VMware environments including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, NSX, vSAN, and related tools. Your expertise will support both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring high availability, performance, and security in the infrastructure.

What we’re looking for:
Candidates should have solid hands-on experience with VMware technologies and a strong understanding of virtualisation principles. Senior Architects will provide design leadership and strategic direction across projects, while Engineers will focus on deployment, configuration, and support.

Active NV2 or TSPV clearance and Australian citizenship are essential for this role.

Location: On-site or hybrid, based in Canberra.
Contract: Initial 12-month contract with a high possibility of extensions.
